My name is KC, and I was born in Florence SC. I was raised on over 300 acres (about half the area of Central Park in New York City). I began farming on my family farm at age 11. As a child land brought me great peace and calmness. When I am surrounded by land I have clarity and ability to create.
My father worked at the airport, and I was privileged to travel to over 40 states. What fascinated me most was the scenery and being exposed to multiple cultures. In all of those experiences … still, I will always choose NC.
I always had a liking of taking random road trips. When I traveled, I would gaze at the land blue grass, mountains, and agriculture. I relocated from SC to NC in 2007. I visited over 62 counties of NC. In 2015 being on Zillow researching land for the real estate market I found my 1st home in Clayton NC. In high school I loved world geography but disliked taking tests which put my present time of becoming a real estate appraiser on hold. I continued my research and found a way to turn what I love to do so much into an actual business and KC Land Expert was created.
